Dr. Esterly’s new e-Book on how to heal after the loss of a loved one is in the
editing process. She uses her own story of healing after the death of her son to

About YesYouCanChoose
My mom used to tell me that the only thing I really “had” to do in life was die,
but all else was a “choice” that depended on where I wanted to go and how creative
I was about building strategies to get there. Her wisdom has created a philosophy
to live by that I pass on to others through my coaching, teleconference classes,
